Instructions
Step 1. Marinate the meat
Place the sliced beef in a bowl, then add soy sauce, seasoning powder, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
Step 2. Grill the meat
Thread the meat onto bamboo skewers and cook in an air fryer (or grill over charcoal) until golden brown on both sides. Once the meat is tender and fragrant, you can lightly brush it with a little honey for a touch of sweetness and a glossy finish.
Step 3. Prepare the cheese bread
Slice the bread in half horizontally. Spread T&P Tomato Fondue Cheese Sauce evenly over the bread—the sauce is smooth, rich, and creamy, making it look absolutely irresistible.
Place the bread in an air fryer or oven and toast for 3 minutes at 160°C, until the cheese has melted into a smooth, creamy consistency and the surface is lightly golden and charred.
Step 4. Finishing Touches
Arrange the cheesy toasted bread on a plate, top with the hot grilled meat skewers, and garnish with a few fresh green leaves for a beautiful presentation. You can also drizzle on some extra Fondue sauce to make the dish even richer and more enticing.
